Longley is an Associate in the Financial Services &#038; Regulation, Litigation &#038; Dispute Resolution and Tax and Trade practice groups. She began her academic journey at the College of The Bahamas, earning an Associates of Arts degree with honours in 2016. She then went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with honours at the University of the West Indies in 2019. RaSean then matriculated to the Eugene Dupuch Law School where she obtained her Legal Education Certificate and earned several prestigious awards. RaSean was formally called to the Bahamas Bar in October 2021.<\/p>\n<p>RaSean achieved further academic distinction by earning two Diplomas in Anti-Money Laundering and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with the International Compliance Association spearheaded by the Bahamas Institute of Financial Services and was honoured as the top student in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance course.<\/p>\n<p>Before transitioning to McKinney, Bancroft &#038; Hughes, RaSean worked as a Judicial Research Counsel with the Office of the Judiciary where she provided in-depth research and support for distinguished Judges on a wide array of legal matters. This experience, coupled with her commitment to ongoing professional development, has equipped RaSean with a broad and diverse skill set to undertake complex legal challenges.<\/p>\n<p>RaSean has also invested in professional development, obtaining certifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Negotiation and Mediation), and LexisNexis LexisLibrary Foundation and Advanced Certificates. She also completed a Professional Growth Workshop Series with DeVry University and has had the privilege of attending several major conferences, including the STEP Bahamas Conference and the OECS Regional Law Conference, further expanding her knowledge and network in the legal community.<\/p>\n<p>In an effort to give back and commit to ensuring all people have access to justice, RaSean volunteers at the Eugene Dupuch Law School Legal Aid Clinic initiatives offering free legal advice to the public.<\/p>\n<p>RaSean&#8217;s greatest motivation is her family who she says has sacrificed a lot for her education and who encourages her daily. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her loved ones. RaSean brings a wealth of practical experience, academic achievement, and dedication to excellence to McKinney Bancroft &#038; Hughes and the legal field at large.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div
